1. What this is

Market Edge Smart Helper is a software tool that helps read the edge of Bitcoin prediction markets in 5-minute windows and place orders with the user's own wallet. It is not an investment management service, does not custody third-party funds, and never acts on anyone's behalf without their direct action.

2. What this is NOT

• Not financial advice or an investment recommendation.
• Does not guarantee results, returns, or freedom from losses.
• Does not manage funds: every user always operates with their own wallet and their own private keys, which are never shared with us.

3. Eligibility

Using this tool requires the user to comply with applicable regulations in their own jurisdiction regarding prediction markets and digital assets. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify they can legally use it where they are located.

4. Limitation of liability

The software is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is assumed for losses arising from use of the tool, technical failures, third-party service interruptions (Polymarket, data providers), or trading decisions made by the user.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced through the project's official channels (Discord).

Privacy policy

1. What data we collect

• When buying a license: the email used at purchase (via sell.app, our payment processor — we never see or store card data).
• When using the software: nothing is sent to our servers during normal use, except the occasional check that the license is still active (see the license section below).
• On this site: no personal data is collected by default — no third-party analytics or tracking cookies are installed.

2. What we do NOT collect

Your wallet's private key, your balance, and your trade details are never collected or transmitted — that data lives only on your own machine.

3. Who it's shared with

The purchase email is shared only with sell.app (payment processor) to the extent necessary to process the sale and deliver the license. It is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your purchase email at any time by reaching out on Discord. Since we don't collect anything beyond that, there's no larger profile to export or delete.

License to use (EULA)

1. License grant

A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to install and use the software on a single machine per license. Sharing the license key or trying to use it on more than one machine at once violates these terms and may result in revocation.

2. Restrictions

• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the license or the software is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering for the purpose of reselling or redistributing the code is prohibited.
• The license is revocable in case of breach of these terms.

3. No warranty

The software is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including (but not limited to) warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The code, strategies, and design of the software are owned by the project. The license grants a right to use it, not ownership of the software.
